When do I vote?
Voters may participate in primary and general elections in every even-numbered year for members of the Legislature, United States Representative, school boards and community college districts, and various other local offices. County elected officials are selected in non-presidential election years only (except to fill unexpired terms).
Incorporated towns may hold non-partisan general elections every two years on the Tuesday following the first Monday in May, generally in odd-numbered years.
Localities may hold bond elections on any primary, general, or municipal Election Day, or on any of the above-described Tuesdays even in years in which a regular election is not scheduled for that Tuesday.
